Script Panel

Open

The Script Panel contains the script and any Ticks that are created for the project. The user can put notes on the script and be able to move the Ticks wherever they like.

To open the Script Panel, click on the Script tab in the upper left corner of the software. This will open the Panel in Quadrant 1 (Hotkey - Alt+1).

On the LEFT SIDE of the Panel are the following buttons:

Open

Tick Creation - Toggles on/off the Tick Creation function. Your cursor will turn into a larger Tick Icon, allowing you to create Ticks . To get our of the tool, click on the icon again. It will be highlighted if still in Tick mode. (Hotkey - T both on/off)

Move - Moves the script to the left/right and up/down. To get out of the tool, click on the icon again. It will be highlighted if still in move mode. (Hotkey - H)

Eights toggle - Toggles on/off the Eighth’s guide on the panel. (Hotkey - I)

Audio and Shot Numbers - Toggles on/off the Audio and Shot numbers on the script. (Hotkey - U)

Export Script as PDF - Save your notes and ticks on the script as a pdf version. Go here to learn more.

The following is an example of a Script panel with the Eighths turned on. There are no Ticks created yet.

The following is an example of just the Audio Numbers turned on. There are no ticks created yet.

On the RIGHT SIDE of the Panel are the following buttons:

Maximize - this will make the panel the entire size of the software. Once this button is pushed, it is replaced with the minimize button.

Minimize - If the panel is maximized, the minimize button will replace the maximize button. Clicking on this button will return the panel to it’s original state.

Close - this will close the panel (Hotkey - Alt+1)
