Issues with Importing Models or Permissions

If you are unable to import models at all into the application you might have a conflict with your anti-virus. Please add an exception for the Filmatick application in your anti-virus software and try again.

If you are able to import models but are having trouble with materials, we strongly suggest exporting your model as a .fbx file and trying to import that.
