Exporting from Filmatick

Once you have a completed project or if you want to export scenes, Filmatick can export many different aspects of your project. These come in the forms of .csv, .pdf, or .mov.

Shot List

The user can export either the Scene List or a Shot List directly from the Shot List. This will create a .csv file that can be opened in Excel or Google Sheets.

To export a Scene List:

1. Click on the button:

   Open

   

    

2. A windows panel will open up asking you where you want to save the Scene List.

3. After finding the correct location, type the name of the file you want to save.

4. Click on the Save button.

To export a Shot List:

1. Click on the button:

   Open

   

    

2. A windows panel will open up asking you where you want to save the Shot List.

3. After finding the correct location, type the name of the file you want to save.

4. Click on the Save button

You can open this .csv file in Excel or Google Sheets.

Movie

To export the movie, you must be in the timeline.

1. Click on the Movie Export button

    

2. A Export Movie Window opens:

    

Script Notes/Ticks

To export the script notes as a pdf, go to the Script Panel.

1. Click on the Export Script as PDF button

    

2. A Windows Explorer window will pop up.

3. Go to the location where you want to export the script.

4. Name the pdf file you want to export.

5. Click on Save.
