Reusing a Set in a Different Scene

It’s simple to reuse a set that you either have created or modified from a template. If you want to reuse it, select it from the Set list.

Remember, the sets are referenced. Any changes made to one of the sets in a particular scene will show the changes in every scene that uses that set. Read more about Referencing.

The steps to Reusing a Set in a Different Scene

  1. In the Shot List, click on the Scene that doesn’t have a set added.

    1. If the Scene is already highlighted in the Shot List, Right Click and click on Select Set from the dropdown menu.

  2. A Select a Set Window will pop up

  3. Click on Existing

  4. A list of any sets that you have created or used will be on this list.

  5. Click on the set you wish to use.
